How to install patch:
1- Install Pes 2011
2- Install PESEdit 2011 Patch 4.0 + Fix 4.0.1
3- Unrar PES2011 PESEDIT 4.1 UPDATE 15-16 and copy img and kitsever to the installed folder Pes
4. Copy Konami folder to Document
